General Sales Terms

 

 

These General Sales Terms apply to the purchase of Tickets on the website www.montecarloticket.com

 

They may be amended without notice.

Some events may be subject to special conditions which are specified in the description of the event.

The order confirmation by the customer and the payment of tickets implies his/her unreserved acceptance of all the present General Sales Terms.

 

Price

 

Prices stated on the Website are expressed in euros and include all taxes and reservation fees. The organiser reserves the right to update prices at any time. However, in case of further modifications, the applicable prices will be the ones in force on the date of the order. Any resale of a ticket, at a higher price than the one specified on the ticket, is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution.

 

Payment

 

Online orders may only be paid by credit card (CB, VISA, EUROCARD-MASTERCARD), in euros, via a secure payment system. As soon as the payment is validated, tickets may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

Gift cards

Gift cardds are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Collecting tickets

 

Tickets may be collected, on production of an identity card:

Non collected tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or resold.

 

Specificities of print at home tickets (E-Ticket)

 

E-Tickets’ purchase is subject to these general sales terms and to the special conditions hereafter: Each E-Ticket is issued in PDF format with a QR code giving access to the event for only one person. In case of loss, theft, or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person presenting the said ticket will be able to access to the event. The buyer is held liable for any use of E-Ticket. An identity card may be required.

 

Conditions of issue of E-tickets

 

Before choosing the E-ticket option, it is up to the customer to check he/she has:
- appropriate equipment to print the PDF document issued,
- or a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with a screen permitting the reading of the PDF document which will be presented the day of the event.

 

Use and validity of the E-Ticket

 

E-Tickets are issued with a unique QR code. The validity of E-Tickets is checked upon entering by means of QR code readers. All E-Tickets are valid for a single entry.

Counterfeiting E-Tickets is strictly prohibited and provides no benefit. Only the first person presenting the E-Ticket will be considered as the legitimate bearer of the E-Ticket and admitted to the event. Therefore, it is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit the E-Ticket. It is recommended that the customer keeps his/her E-Ticket in a safe place; exclusively uses the official Website to buy his/her E-Ticket; and does not accept an E-Ticket offered by an unknown person because it could be a copy. The organiser may refuse the entry to the event when several printouts, reproductions, copies of an E-Ticket are outstanding       and that the access to the event has already been granted to the bearer of a printout, a reproduction or a copy. The organiser is not forced to check the E-Ticket authenticity in as much as the copy may not be undoubtedly identified per se. If the access is denied for this reason to the bearer of an E-Ticket, under no circumstances may it be refunded. The E-Ticket is only valid for the place, event, date and time specified on it. The customer must keep the E-Ticket during all the duration of the event. Monte-Carlo Ticket may not be held liable for any errors occurring during the order, the processing, or the printing of the E-Ticket as far as it is not deliberate, or due to negligence in case of loss, theft of illicit use of the E-Ticket.

 

Admission in the events’ rooms

 

Shows and Concerts begin at the appointed time. The doors will be closed as soon as the performance begins. The late persons will be able to be seated during a break or an interlude according to the accessibility. After the appointed time of the beginning of the performance, the numbered seats will not be guaranteed anymore. The customers must respect the dress code specified in the event’s description or/and on the tickets (suit jacket and tie required for concerts in the main courtyard of the Prince’s Palace, for example). In the event of non-compliance with the dress code, the access may be denied, and no refund will be granted.  It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record.

 

Cancellation – Refund

 

Tickets may not be returned, exchanged, or resold, except in case of cancellation of the event by the organiser. In case of cancellation by the organiser, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, at request of the Customer within 3 months after the date of the event upon presentation of the ticket, without any other compensation. Regarding open-air shows, the organiser may plan to go in a room due to adverse weather conditions. This option is specified in the description of each event. No refund, exchange or compensation will be granted in this case. If the performance has to be interrupted beyond the thirtieth minute, the ticket will not be refunded. The organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the programme without notice. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the performance in the event of force majeure as strikes, fire, natural disasters, national mourning, artist’s illness… (Non-exhaustive list). Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded.

 

Liability – Applicable law

 

Each event’s organiser is liable for the regulation specific to the organisation of its event and applicable to its customers. These General Sales Terms shall be subject to the laws of Monaco. Any proceeding under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Monaco.
