These allow you to obtain a refund of your tickets (excluding processing fees and the refund option) by sending your e-tickets by e-mail to: carnaval.remboursement@ville-nice.fr no later than 72 hours before the start of the event concerned. (detailed information in the general terms and conditions of sale)

Children of all ages must have a ticket, whether in the pedestrian zone or in the stand. Remember to add them to the basket when ordering.
In the stands :
0-2 years : they will be seated on an adult's lap (maximum 1 child per adult)
->Tickets on request from our reservation department. 3-5 years : they must occupy a seat (maximum 2 seats per adult).
-> Choose your seats and select ‘children 3-5 years’.

A processing fee of €0.80 is applied per order, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. This will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Grandstands: maximum of 6 seats per event and per customer account – maximum of 12 seats per order -> If you would like more than 6 seats in the grandstands for a particular date, please contact our service.reservation@ville-nice.fr
Pedestrian zone : maximum of 6 tickets per event – maximum of 12 tickets per order -> If you would like more than 6 tickets in pedestrian zone for a specific date, please make a second order.
